The crimping die for larger, loosely-fitted terminals with a thickness exceeding 2.5 mm and wire sections up to 95 Sq mm is configured as follows: A manual slide is used to load the terminal. All the components that experience wear and tear can be replaced with out the need to remove the applicator from the press.This die is compatible with crimping presses that have various crimping heights, including 158mm,136mm, 212mm, and others.
